All Health & Bass merch is made to order, which means we don’t hold inventory and can’t offer refunds or exchanges for reasons like size, fit, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.
